Umberto Baldi, company founder, started in Jesi his first butcher’s shop to which, soon, further 3 stores will be added. His experience has been consolidated day-by-day thanks to his qualities such as end-consumer listening and interacting, as well as thanks to combining of his artisanal knowledge of the raw material to cutting and working technique.

After the establishment of Baldi Carni srl in 1970, and thanks to a solid and growing success, the company moved to the current headquarters of 2000 square meters arranged in: offices and equipped spaces dedicated to the industrial processing of the meat. Mr Umberto Baldi together with other important industry players gives birth to Assocarni.
